When you get home, call AT&T, talk to whatever customer service rep they give you. Get his full name and extension however you can. Then, instead of blaming AT&T, you blame Greg Jennings!
Don’t forget ot call him several times a day, when your reception is poor, when your reception is good (they get tired of all the negativity), when you see a gaggle of baby ducks. Maybe Greg’s trapped in an office somewhere and would enjoy a report on the ducks. In all way, Greg Jennings has become AT&T to you.
