He didn’t necessarily push Youkilis to left field. Kotchman is playing at first, Lowell is playing at third and then you have Youkilis in left.

You have t'Captain playing C, Martinez or Ortiz DHing, Lowell at 3B, Kotchman or Martinez at 1B

and nowhere to play Youkilis.

Youkilis is better than all of them.
