I’ve lost the right girl before because I didn’t want to get married. Now I found a gal who doesn’t want to marry and it’s made me start thinking differently.
“excuse me” to the others, take my girl away to some deserted corner and say “sorry, that guy was hitting on you, but … I can’t really blame him, because you look so hot in that dress….” Then push her against the wall and start feeling her up until she giggles and says, “stop it”. My roomate (the drunk) marinates everything and this includes his liver which he marinates with beer and shooters of vodka, whiskey and brandy every single day of his life.
After marinating his liver, he becomes an instant asshole.
Here is an example about how far his brain has gone.
Yesterday he came and turned on the radio to listen to the Yankee game. At the time the Yankees were down by 13 runs and Swisher was at the plate in the top of the 9th. He muttered “Come on Swish, we still have a shot to win this thing”
He then said, “Boston is done, they have no chance of making the playoffs”
The Tigers sent outfielder Cameron Maybin, pitcher Andrew Miller, catcher Mike Rabelo and minor league pitchers Eulogio De La Cruz, Dallas Trahern and Burke Badenhop to the Marlins.
I don't know. I told her I was moving on last night.
She told me I looked nice today and greeted me with an excitable “Hiiii!” I told her thanks for everything and then she said don’t be upset. I’m thinking we just spent the last TWO YEARS together so excuse me for giving a s***. I didn’t say anything except “goodbye…” and came back in the house.
I mean her Dad’s limousine picked us up at the airport. That was tough to break-up knowing that my life could have been “secure” and they owned a huge, succesful company. My favorite part is that they lived in a Frank Lloyd Wright house in Oak Park. I tried to love her!!
Ultra-violence balanced out by top-notch writing. Some people think it’s a little on the talky side, I think it’s a little on the face-melting-badass side.

might join the list of A’s players to decline after leaving the inferior NL for the AL
Asfan4ever723 - August 23, 2009
I see that Smoltz K'd 9 in five innings which proves the NL is weaker then the AL
He couldn’t get anybody out when he was with the Sox.
sirbed - August 23, 2009
tough park to ask him to do it in though ,no?
Leopold Bloom - August 23, 2009
It always helps to pitch against the Padres

Leopold Bloom - August 23, 2009
No. But I'll be glad to watch on TV for a change.
iglew - August 23, 2009
It's really amazing this team is scoring the way they are.
sirbed - August 23, 2009
I dunno
they had like three 3-2 games in a row.
Nonetheless, they are holding their own against very good clubs, and beating bad clubs. Looks promising.

i expect a full account of your day tomorrow, any cute girls, etc. make sure your mom packs you a lunch, or better yet do it yourself
OakA'sHoney - August 23, 2009
lunch is better when mom packs it.
Leopold Bloom - August 23, 2009
true
peanut butter and jelly never tasted as good
OakA'sHoney - August 23, 2009
even apple slices were good.
Leopold Bloom - August 23, 2009
heh, learned to pack my own lunch early
thus avoiding the apples with bruises, and brown spots.
Also my Dad always put butter on the bread slices. Too fatty rich.
