Let's get some new thread mojo! Braden pitching pretty well; he has only given up 2 runs. Of course, the A's offense has only managed to score one, but that could change. Right? Right?
riverrun, past Eve and Adam’s, from swerve of shore to bend of bay, brings us by a commodius vicus of recirculation back to Howth Castle and Environs
No, cause he sure isnt getting the dang A's game in HD
as long as
1) The Giants are playing
2) The game is during the day
3) The A’s are playing a team with a less than 50 million payroll or sub 500 record
4) I’m free to watch the game.
I know that, as Beane said earlier, “we aren’t fielding an instructional team”. But I rather see an instructional league team than see these deadends continue to take at bats away from Johnny Whoever in Triple/Double A.
Better to 100 percent fail and look bad doing it. It should bring better results in the long term.
We all want this team to be good. We are diehard A’s fans but right now, I an not opposed to seeing Hannahan and Crosby (As example) fail every single at bat they can
Roomy.

IowaA'sFan - August 20, 2008
Ah, here it is:
Opposing hitters on teams that suck to historical levels are only batting .167 against him. Bonser is also noted to be an “August 20th pitcher”.
Nico - August 20, 2008
So he'd be great against the 2008 A's
And the 200x Nationals.

it takes a special team
